AI support email for B2B teams
Every email becomes a case. Every case gets an answer.
Orley reads every email in your shared support inbox, matches it to the right account and case, and drafts a ready-to-send reply from your own history and policies — so your team reviews and sends instead of starting from a blank screen.
Every reply is reviewed by a human before it's sent. Built for B2B support teams — from 10-person SMEs to enterprise service desks.

CASE-4821How it works
From inbox to answered, in one flow
Orley runs your support email end to end — and keeps a person on the send button.
Email arrives
Connect your existing support address over Microsoft 365 or IMAP. Every incoming email is captured and stored — nothing slips through.
Matched to a case
Orley links the email to the right account and case, or opens a new one, with full thread history attached.
AI analyzes
The AI reads the message in context: the account's history, what's on their plan or contract, your policies, and how similar cases were resolved.
Reply drafted
A complete, on-brand response is generated and queued — not a canned template, a real answer.
Your team reviews
An agent approves, edits, or rewrites the draft. Nothing goes out without a human decision.
Reply sent
The response goes out from your address, and the case updates itself — logged, tagged, and searchable.
Why teams switch
Built for the queue, not the demo
The unglamorous parts of B2B support email, handled properly.
Drafts that sound like you
Replies are generated from your tone, your policies and contract terms, and how your team has resolved similar cases — not generic AI boilerplate.
Cases, not just threads
Emails are grouped into cases against the account they came from, so the fourth message about one invoice never reads like the first.
First response inside your SLA
Drafts are waiting before an agent even opens the case. Review queues replace cold starts, and first-response times collapse.
Human review, always
Approve, edit, or rewrite — every outgoing reply passes through your team. AI does the drafting; people make the call.
Trust & control
AI you can put in front of customers
Support email is your brand's voice, and in B2B it reaches the people who renew your contracts. Orley is built so you never have to choose between speed and control — and so it survives your security review.
Nothing sends without approval
Auto-send is off by default. Your team reviews every reply until you decide otherwise.
Your data stays yours
Customer emails are stored in your own database and never used to train shared models.
Every decision is logged
Who approved what, what the AI suggested, what was edited — a full audit trail on every case.
Works with your inbox
Keep your existing support address. Orley connects over Microsoft 365 or plain IMAP — no migration, no new tool for your customers.
Your choice of AI provider
Run on OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock — or keep everything in-house on a self-hosted model.
Questions
What buyers ask us first
The questions that come up in every evaluation, answered plainly.
Which mailboxes does it work with?
Microsoft 365 and Outlook over OAuth, or any standard IMAP and SMTP mailbox. You keep your existing support address — customers never see a new one.
Can it send replies on its own?
No. Every draft waits in a review queue until someone on your team approves, edits, or rewrites it. Auto-send is off by default.
Where does our data live?
In your own instance and your own database. Your customer emails are never pooled with other customers' and never used to train shared models.
Which AI model does it use?
Your choice — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock. If your security policy rules out third-party APIs, it runs against a self-hosted model instead.
How does it know our policies?
It reads the account's past cases and the reference material you give it, and is instructed to answer only from that context rather than inventing prices, dates, or commitments.
Do we have to replace our helpdesk?
No. Orley sits on the support inbox itself, so it works whether your team lives in a helpdesk, a shared mailbox, or both.
